Who looks after your information

When you request a quote, we collect your name, postcode, phone number, email address, the service you need and your job description. We use these details to respond, discuss access and arrange a quote or requested work. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your description. This form does not accept photo uploads.

We process quote and booking requests to take steps at your request before entering a contract and, if you book, to provide the agreed service. We also have a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, preventing spam and maintaining relevant enquiry correspondence. We do not use the quote form to sign you up for marketing.

Hosting, email and service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf, including spam filtering. Enquiries may also be delivered to and handled through our business email service. Hosting and email providers may process technical details such as your IP address, browser information and access logs to deliver and protect their services.

How long we keep it
